I don't know how I appear to others who gather for Holiday Ritual.
I am not always together,prepared or appreciative of group gathering,
I find it challenging to play with directing and assisting the excited spirits of others.
My obvious sense of mission is in performing a Ritual of Sacrifice.

The formula of ritual mostly the same ,the application method differing from expectations of precise formality or of spontaneous madness. no need to fill roles, or play parts.creative directive pressure is taken off the task and strain of coordinating complex on the spot, awkward or uncomfortable circumstance in an effort to engage and be inclusive socially .
Allowing people to observe at a comfortable distance is more important than promising a sacred opportunity at group event.
Offering hope of a turn for people to try out for, to take part in ritual occasions is a possibility,
but not a necessity, or standard .
It can easily distort the window-bust down the gate-blow out the seams.

I present it this way, to interpret- accept - reject - ignore.
The success of ritual is not judged by performances of people,
the collected work and bundled special talents of the gathered group,
or the groups perceived experience of how things felt,
or what brings them back,
but that of acceptance of spirit allies on the other end of the fire and well.
