         I am still into all of this Druid stuff,        years later I don't believe I've become a better Druid ,                       I don't equate learning with advancement.

Your Work should reflect a personal "realness" that you are comfortable with now and years from now.
It is possible the Organization and Program may not be a part of the spiritual future , Yet Your Work can continue to be a testament of association of living spiritual bonds.
Your Family bonds and connections are just as relevant as Ancient Pantheons.  You don't have to drop names , just provide a string of words.
The Bard / Skald / Poetic approach of crafting the story , descriptive language, character and setting , you can encode each essay with words of objects and subjects with significant magical associations and properties.
This Work can be an opportunity to impress a Spirit Audience you may not be aware of.

I don't believe that My Religion is so simple and direct as a thumbs up or down to the answer of a question,

 For official purposes you should be framing your material for ADF ,  for Mystical Magical reasons you should try to appeal to Your Kindred Spirit s,  and for Personal Artistic reasons ,  you should try to Make the essays your Own Work instead of the answers to someone else s questions.
I believe  Our work is Our sacrifice , Our Life , our Time precious ,...  waste , ...         a great spiritual suck.

Please don't let my blunt appraisal of the Organizations Program reflect upon You and Your sense of spiritual growth and wonder.

I am offering My perspective, advice, on how I think the more complete and fulfilling spiritual enrichment process can take place , and pointing out that racing through the Program has had a Ungrateful affect Spiritually, on individuals and the organization.
It is important to Value the exchanges taking place, Worth and worthy are the same root word as Worship.

Service to who?/ or service to how? or what and why?

There is a point where group reference gets in the way of the Primary connection.
Our connections as Spiritual Beings is the focus of Worship .
It is easy to lose sight of this when an organization puts too much emphasis on Group recognition, Administrative roles , and pecking orders.
How much does group consensus and policy decision debate distract from the essential Subject and reason for being.                How much of our Self important Hub - Bub spooks Spirits away ?
At what point do our Names and Orders and arrogant assumptions of place and behavior take away from our ability to have a genuine exchange with the routinely uncommon , The surprises at our feet .
We seek the favor and approval  of Kindred Spirits of Many Changing Forms.
They decide how and when to make themselves known.
This is not decided upon in committee , or bottled and Branded as proprietary process , it is not something a trained professional can change or a qualified adviser dictate  , It is not subject to popular opinion or convenience.
The organization's official group standards of what it is to study and share, to work in Our Religion shift from a game of "show and tell", communication with cosmic other-worlds that transect ours ,
-  to  " follow the leader"  where we are socialized into  sacrificing and submitting writing for review, to establish the reality as wished for, or imagined of the Organization .
The Program may shape the style of worship and reverence of some of it's participants individually but it changes the organisations ability to sense and judge the non participant aspects as any thing other than less
important.
The Dedicant  may believe that the path is one of self awareness and growth as recognized by an authority of seasoned experts , or make the mistake in thinking it is all about how (you) feel , a religion of value judgments and criteria A Magical world of qualifications and training credentials and certificates leading to Community Status or appreciation.                  The expectation for a outcome  hinging on a group construct reality,  This is social manipulation , not The Natural Magics of the Ancient Earth.

The process of communing or communication is not the same as controlling or commanding .
Lucky for Me that Mentoring is not the same as reviewing submitted material in a timely  pass / fail / excellent manner.
I am hoping to help
 assist in the making of these things ..... references to genuine , connection to the Spirit world , not  an application for acceptance for an organizations program.

 I find My Self  interacting with Bus loads of Third and Fourth Graders their Teachers , Parents , Assistants .
As an instructor - guide I try to  assist the tuning of sensitivity awareness and strengthen the bonds of relationships with others  by promoting respect appreciation .

"Treat  Others as You would like to be treated ,"  applied to everything , Every - Thing , see what happens!
Exploring Habitat is visiting a Home , being loud and aggressive and threatening,  frightens  and alarms its inhabitants.
It is not about owning , it is about belonging , we are not catching to keep or harm , see its eyes?.                It sees You !       It Breathes and Feels and moves with a Life of its own , just like You or I.
Observation and discovery are the pathway to knowledge and understanding.
The discarded exoskeleton of a Larvae is made of the same stuff as our finger nails.
We are part of the Natural World.
We  often have to disengage from our dominant  social activities to see and hear the other things we share this life with.
Names and labels don't tell us as much about  things as their behavior and actions, We don't know them by identifying them. We Know them by getting to Know them , It is Our appreciation for details that enable and ennoble us to distinguish the individual from the background.
